Born and bred in the area, Matthew has spent all of his working life in Estate agency. After gaining lots of valuable experience with other companies in the region, he decided in 2003 that the time was right to start his own business, along with his wife Debbie. I love living and working in the area – its places, its people and things to do. I love helping people move and its where I call home.
Debbie is also born and bred in the area and she first met Matthew when they worked together at Jackson Dufton Estate Agents in 1992. They soon became an item and the rest, as they say, is history.
As our longest serving member of the team, Alison has worked in estate agency for many years and started working with Matthew and Debbie at the very beginning. Born and raised in Brough, Alison’s in-depth local knowledge is a real asset.
Sara’s humour and ability to keep us and our clients going even on the toughest of days is very much appreciated. Her husband, children and love of rugby (watching-not playing!) keep her busy on her days off!
Sheryl’s many years of experience in estate agency is invaluable, both in the corporate and independent sectors. She joined Matthew Limb’s in 2006, and we have enjoyed celebrating the birth of her gorgeous grandchildren with her – she is definitely the most glamourous granny we know!
Having lived and worked in the West Hull Villages all of her life, Vicky is able to bring a huge amount of experience to her position as residential property valuer. Having a flair for interiors and photography, she helps to ensure your home is marketed to it’s absolute best, and her “house doctor” skills can often make the difference in achieving a sale.
Emily started with Matthew Limb’s in 2011 as an apprentice and very quickly became a valuable and capable member of our admin team. She brings a youthful enthusiasm to the office and is our “go-to” person for all things technical!
Laura joined Matthew limb’s in 2017 and is a member of our administrative team. Her main role is ensuring all I’s are dotted and t’s are crossed and that our new vendors are happy before their properties are listed on the market.
Having had an extensive career in sales and marketing, travelling for many years with work to the Caribbean, Kate decided to put her factor 50 away and settle back here at Matthew Limb’s in Brough. Her customer service skills, and commitment to achieving sales are a real asset to our team.
One of our accompanied viewings team, Angela has worked previously in estate agency before having her youngest son. Her professionalism and enthusiasm for selling houses is a real positive for both buyers and sellers alike.
A retired police officer, Mark is another member of our accompanied viewing team. Thanks to him, we are able to offer accompanied viewings after hours on many evenings during the week in addition to regular office hours.
Our lovely Dolly works during the weekend as part of our accompanied viewings team. She is a little star, and is happy with her work on Saturdays and Sundays, helping us to offer a “7 days a week” service.
