Update for Buyers and Sellers, 13th May 2020

Following the latest announcement the housing market is again open for business.  The government have advised that viewings and valuations can take place physically, and we are working to establish safe protocols to enable these to happen responsibly as the well being of our customers and staff is of paramount importance.

Whilst none of us can be exactly sure of what the coming months may bring, in our opinion there is a willingness and a demand out there from people to move and we remain optimistic that the market will show the resilience and spirit so clearly demonstrated by our wonderful clients and community in recent weeks.
