Matthew Limb and his team, in my opinion, are the best estate agent in this area. Whilst looking for a property they continually kept me informed with new properties and always managed to have a representative available for accompanied viewings at short notice. I believe one of the most important virtues of an estate agent is their ability to actually sell houses, rather than put property details in a window and expect the house to sell itself. Matthew Limb Estate Agents sold me a house and made the experience pleasurable. I cannot praise the Limb team highly enough.
