Step 5. Exchange & Completion
When the legal and financial documents are in place for your sale and for any other transaction within the chain, a legal "exchange of contracts" can take place and a completion (moving) date set.
For completition date we will liaise with buyers, sellers and solicitors and arrange the handing over of the keys where required.
